Easy Peasy Garlic Bread Knots! HACK ALERT πŸš¨πŸ’šπŸŒ±

We found this little beauty of a hack on YouTube and just veganized itπŸ’šπŸŒ±! Super simple, super delicious. This is definitely going to be a staple alongside our Italian dishes, the combination possibilities are endless, but for now, let's just stick with good old Garlic Bread Knots🀀🀀🀀.

Now before anyone goes bonkers, Pillsbury breadsticks and crescent rolls (helloooo croissants) are dairy-free. I don't know about the brand or the other products they have, but these seem to be accidentally vegan friendly.πŸ€— HAPPY DAYS!

So here's what you'll need:

  • 1 can of Pillsbury Original Breadsticks

  • 5 cloves of crushed/finely diced garlic

  • 2tbsp of Olive Oil

  • Dried Parsley & Basil to sprinkle on top

  • Optional - Vegan parmesan

Method


  1. Follow the instructions on the can (including oven temp) and separate dough into twelve sticks.

  2. Combine the oil and garlic in a small dish.

  3. Gently tie each stick into a knot shape.

  4. Place on a baking tray (with baking paper), and use a brush to brush the garlic and oil over each knot.

  5. Sprinkle dried herbs on top and cook until golden brown!
