Easy Peasy Garlic Bread Knots! HACK ALERT 🚨💚🌱

We found this little beauty of a hack on YouTube and just veganized it💚🌱! Super simple, super delicious. This is definitely going to be a staple alongside our Italian dishes, the combination possibilities are endless, but for now, let's just stick with good old Garlic Bread Knots🤤🤤🤤.
Now before anyone goes bonkers, Pillsbury breadsticks and crescent rolls (helloooo croissants) are dairy-free. I don't know about the brand or the other products they have, but these seem to be accidentally vegan friendly.🤗 HAPPY DAYS!
So here's what you'll need:
1 can of Pillsbury Original Breadsticks
5 cloves of crushed/finely diced garlic
2tbsp of Olive Oil
Dried Parsley & Basil to sprinkle on top
Optional - Vegan parmesan
Follow the instructions on the can (including oven temp) and separate dough into twelve sticks.
Combine the oil and garlic in a small dish.
Gently tie each stick into a knot shape.
Place on a baking tray (with baking paper), and use a brush to brush the garlic and oil over each knot.
Sprinkle dried herbs on top and cook until golden brown!
