Hummus & Brochette style fresh & crunchy Springtime brekky!馃崊

This brekky was a perfect, fresh, crunchy addition to mornings spent in the garden. Super, super easy to make, and crazy delicious. It barely needs a recipe. 馃い

What you'll need:

1 large tomato

路 1 small cucumber

路 陆 a red onion

路 Coarse sea salt

路 Cracked black pepper

路 Dried oregano

路 Balsamic vinegar

路 Whole grain toast

路 Hummus

We finely diced one tomato, one cucumber and half a red onion into small pieces and combined these in a bowl with a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, two pinches of coarse salt, a teaspoon of dried oregano, and a generous lashing of cracked black pepper. Topping done. 馃い馃憦

We used whole grain bread for the toast and layered on a good slathering of hummus. (Recipe for Hummus coming soon!!!)

Top the bread with your salsa topping and boom. THE freshest, crispiest most scrumptious springtime brekky! 馃尀馃馃崊馃 Enjoy Vego's!
