Sundried Tomato Hummus 🍅❤️ (BOSH! inspo)

Hummus is pretty much our favourite staple in our house. BV (before vegan) times, we would eat hummus traditionally, as part of mezze and with Arabic bread🥰 . Now, however, we use this as a spread, a dressing, a binder, a snack, breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's become what margarine used to be for us...there's panic if it's not in the fridge😅.

So when our new recipe book, BOSH! gave us a divine collection of hummus's, we were dying to give them a try. This one is an absolute winner🤩. What I love about Bosh! hummus is they are so damn quick and easy, and the taste is phenomenal. We are talking 5 mins start to finish! Stay tuned for some other hummus delights we'll be posting soon. This isn't exactly the original BOSH recipe, we have adjusted this recipe (we needed more garlic and chilli).


So here's what you'll need:

1 tin of chickpeas (400g) drained and rinsed

4 garlic cloves

6 sundried tomatoes

1/2 tsp oregano

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tsp dried chilli or 1 small fresh chilli

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp of oil from sun-dried tomatoes.


Method....the best bit...

Throw everything in the blender...blend until smooth and creamy. Bish, Bash, Bosh! If it seems too thick, you can add a tbsp of water or oil to help it blend.


We served ours on toast, with spinach leaves and baby tomatoes.🤤
