The 👏BEST 👏Vegan👏 Buffalo 👏Cauliflower 👏Wings😍

We'd seen a few posts floating around about vegan hot wings, but sceptical, and not daring to believe cauliflower could ever resemble a hot wing, we gave it a miss. Stupid. Stupid, stupid, stupid🤦‍♀️.

Just like the carrot hot dogs, these are an absolute revelation😍. Crunchy, crispy, tangy bliss. At 136 calories per portion, I'm tempted to see if I can live off them for the next month🌝. Check out the nutritional info and calories at the bottom of the post.

So we set out to try them. Super easy and packs a flavourful punch. These crispy coated florets of dreams are the perfect replacement to any pre-vegan cravings you may have had for buffalo wings.

So here's what you'll need:

  • 250ml of your favourite vegan buffalo wing sauce (we used Mama Sita)

  • 100g of Bread crumbs (we used American Garden))

  • 330g of Cauliflower florets (broken down into small sizes)

  • 5g Siracha

  • 1tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1/2tsp Onion powder

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 5g Paprika

  • 1/2 tsp Tumeric

  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

  • 1 spray nonstick vegan butter (we used Crisco)


  1. Combine the dry ingredients in one bowl, and the wet ingredients in the other.

  2. Dip the florets in the wet ingredients, then coat in the dry. Spray with nonstick vegan butter.

  3. Place in an air fryer at 220 Celsius (428 Fahrenheit) for 15 minutes (do not shake the air fryer!)

  4. Serve with carrot sticks, celery, mayonnaise and extra buffalo sauce!

And there you have it. Hands down, the BEST vegan hot wings ever. 🤤🧡
